What You ll Do
This Workday Security Administrator will be responsible for the Workday platform's overall security maintenance and governance. This function is in charge of ensuring that the appropriate people have access to the appropriate regions of the system and to the appropriate team members. For data integrity and compliance, key auditing is in place.
As a Workday Security Administrator, you ll be part of our Corporate Tech Team and you ll get to:
Perform hands-on activities to ensure project success, responsible for evaluating operational, functional, and technical requirements and how it impacts security logical access and security methodologies
Responsible for audit and controls for logical access to all corporate HR systems
Manages and processes system user account creation and permissions
Manages and process system user access permissions
Audits and ensures proper role coverage for population
Identifies and resolves unassigned tasks
Troubleshoots access issues including but not limited to reports, report fields, data or actions on certain worker records
Provide sound solutions and recommend efficient security and organization solutions to support end-to-end business processes
Administer access to the tenant during End to End and UAT testing
Documents solutions to facilitate long-term operational support

Bachelor s degree or higher
2+ years experience with industry-leading security practices
Strong technical acumen and solutioning mindset
Proven ability to mentor and collaborate with teammates
Workday experience is required
Peoplesoft, Salesforce, Success Factors, and Oracle are a plus
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Experience working with a large system implementation
Preferred skills:
Experience using task tracking or ticketing tools such as Azure or other industry standards
Ability to support network access strategy
1+ years experience administering Workday security
