Pay Range : $80.00 - $84.00 per hour on W2.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with interaction and visual designers to create user-friendly products that address real-world problems.


• Translate complex financial terminology into accessible, conversational language, serving as an interpreter for users. Craft UI text, product messaging, and various project deliverables while pushing the boundaries of client’s voice and tone.


• Facilitate understanding of client’s voice and tone system among partners through examples, training, and review sessions.

Work collaboratively with designers, content strategists, product managers, marketers, and researchers to ensure a cohesive team approach.

• Actively seek and incorporate feedback in design reviews, leveraging personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends to advance a strong point of view.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong communication skills to effectively prioritize and meet expectations, while strategically focusing efforts where the most significant impact can be achieved.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in content design or related fields, showcasing equivalent expertise.


• Proficient in design principles with a focus on word-centric design, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills.


• Exceptional verbal and written English skills, backed by a robust portfolio illustrating both craft and collaborative processes.


• Innate ability to seamlessly integrate content design and rationale into design choices and strategy.


• Strong tech background, especially in designing for financial services, accounting, tax, payments apps, etc. Desirable qualities include a comfort with complexity, self-driven approach, and the ability to lead design work.
