Your Impact:
- Maximize profitability for marketing opportunities while paving the way for future growth and automation.
- Ownership over Profit/Loss for pay-per-click (PPC) marketing campaigns.
- Creation, syndication, and management of pay-per-click campaigns.
- Management of tests and experiments.
- Development and refinement of processes, bidding strategies, documentation, and automation.
- Competitive intelligence research.
- Leveraging statistical techniques to analyze data sets and make predictions and business strategy suggestions.
- Ensuring data integrity.
- Following project management from idea to implementation.

Bonus Skills:
- Experience in pay-per-click marketing.
- Microsoft SQL proficiency.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads.
- Experience with Google Ads Editor.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads).
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization.
In the first 30 days:
- Demonstrate familiarity with basic PPC marketing terminology and concepts.
- Understand the business model and environment of affiliate secondary marketing.
- Provide meaningful contributions to meetings.
- Begin at least one required educational course.
In the first 60 days:
- Provide personal experience and data-driven evidence in meetings.
- Demonstrate familiarity with proprietary technology and Google Ads Editor.
- Complete one educational course.
In the first 90 days:
- Successfully cover weekend shifts with limited oversight.
- Show increased complexity and nuance in work.
- Provide higher-level contributions in meetings.
- Complete a project: create a brand new campaign with a customized landing page.
- Complete two educational courses.
